Accomodation

We provide the following options for accomodation. The costs have to be paid directly at the hotel by the participant.

Hotel Arvena

location:

near the city center (10 min walk) and the bus stop to the University, for details see link

reserved number of rooms:

65 single rooms

prize of the rooms:

• single room: 69 EUR (incl. breakfast, wireless internet)
• no double rooms available
• some free parking slots at the hotel resp. underground parking lot for 6 EUR/day

cancellation conditions:

• The reservation can be cancelled for free until 30 days before arrival.
• cancellation costs:
– 29 until 20 days before arrival: 55%
– 19 until 10 days before arrival: 65%
–   9 until 1 day before arrival: 75%
– at the same day as the arrival: 80 %

check-in & check-out:

• check-in time: starting at 3 pm
• check-out time: until 12 am

Ramada Hotel "Residenzschloss"

location:

near the city center (5 min walk) and the bus stop to the University, for details see link

reserved number of rooms:

35 rooms (can be used as single or double rooms)

prize of the rooms:

• single room: 70 EUR (incl. breakfast, wireless internet)
• double room: 89,80 EUR (incl. breakfast, wireless internet)
• underground parking lot for 7 EUR/day (no reservation possible)

cancellation conditions:

• The reservation can be cancelled for free until 2 weeks before arrival.

check-in & check-out:

• check-in time: starting at 2 pm
• check-out time: until 12 am

youth hostel "Jugendherberge":

location:

reserved number of rooms:

9 rooms (3 single rooms, 1 double rooms with shower, 2 double rooms without shower)

prize of the rooms:

• single room: 33,90 EUR (incl. shower, WC, breakfast, wireless internet)
• double room (variant 1 per person): 29,90 EUR (incl. shower, WC, breakfast, wireless internet)
• double room (variant 2 per person): 23,90 EUR (incl. breakfast, wireless internet, but without shower, WC)
• 12 free parking lots at the youth hostel

cancellation conditions:

• The reservation can be cancelled for free until July 15, 2013.

check-in & check-out:

• check-in time: starting at 5-10 pm
• check-out time: until 10 am

special conditions:

• If you book accomadation at the youth hostel, you have to register until July 15, 2013.
• prizes are for persons not younger than 27 years, for persons up to 26 years there is 4 EUR prize reduction
• wireless internet not available in each room, but in public rooms and in first floor
• no special member card necessary for the youth hostel
