This workshop is the second event of a bilateral mathematical workshop of the University of Bayreuth with the Tel Aviv University and other Israeli universities and research institutes to enrich the planned strategic partnership of the University of Bayreuth with Israeli research entities. The event should strengthen existing cooperations of mathematicians in Bayreuth and Israel and enable new ones. For the near future, common research projects shall be identified and prepared.
